C onsidcrattorr and approval ot'rice itng minutes iron the 13S meeting itetd on August 21; 2014 Motion by Wahrenbrock, seconded by Galloway to approve minutes - Approved 3-0 C: Consideration and possible action to ecorinnend approval of the revised Bylaws. The City Council revised the Code of Ordinances Chapter 2;64 rcgLiding the Bu.itding Standards Commission or. November t .1, 2014. The. Board Bylaws are being ,rn,cnded to contonn with the: revisions mnade :.o Chapter 2,64 and rue submitted to the Board for review at this time. lie Bylaws will be .submitted to the City Council ror review and approval in Pc bjun;-y 2015 Dave Hall, BLHI1:g Official Dave Hall reviewed changes - Motion by Galloway, seconded by Wahrenbrock to approve - Approved 3-0 I7. Fire Chief; Don jansen —Fire Plans Examiner, and Ray Cummings - Battalion Chief answered any questions from the board pertaining to code and if they recommended the request to not 4irinkle the suites: Fire Pept. agreed they were in favor of variance request to not sprinkle the suites. Jason Adjournment Vobus from Anytime fitness spoke to the board and stated the suites have an alarm system but wasn't aware if it had smoke detectors. Motion by Galloway, seconded by Greenberg to approve - Approved 2-1 (Wahrenbsocl< opposed) Motion by Calloway, seconded by Wahrenbrock to adjourn at 6:44pm - Approved .3-0 Davi;j DOPE; Secretary m"p-ri", Greenberg, Chair
