MAY 9, 2015 THE STATE OF TEXAS 0 COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON 0 CITY OF GEORGETOWN 0 WHEREAS, on February 10, 2015 the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas (ti -P-4 called an election in order to submit to the voters of the City a proposition regarding t issuance of general obligation bonds for roads and streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it advisable to make a contract with the voters regarding the issuance of the general obligation bonds if such bonds are approved by the voters; and WHEREAS, it is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which th'" Resolution is being adopted was open to the public, and public notice of the time, place purpose of the meeting was given, all as required by Chapter 55 1, Government Code, as amendile THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0 GEORGETOWN, TEXAS THAT: I Section 1. The City hereby approves this resolution to create a contract with the votel mg?mi W*ig Exhibit "A", should such bonds be approved by the vot.rs, Section 2. The provisions of this Resolution are severable, and in case any one or mo of the provisions of this Resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shou be held to be invalid, unconstitutional, or ineffective as to any person or circumstance, t remainder of this Resolution nevertheless shall be valid, and the application of any such invall rooo peooo visin trsns r circumstances ther than those as to which it is held invalid shall not affected thereby.
