1. Call to order.
2. Financial Report (Treasurer, Alex Hayes)
A. Consideration and possible action to approve June 2015 Financial Statements
provided by La’Mar Kemp, City of Georgetown.
B. Recap of approved expenditures.
C. Utility usage.
3. Consideration and possible action to approve Minutes of Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District #1 for:
A. Meeting held on June 8, 2015;
B. Workshop meeting held on June 17, 2015;
C. Workshop meeting held on July 8, 2015.
4. Discussion of board chair (Acting President) role post Phil Hardy’s resignation.
5. Consideration and possible action to approve the Committees, Committee Roles and
Responsibilities as drafted during workshop meeting of June 17, 2015.
6. Consideration and possible action to approve Budget /5 year budget plan and to
forward to the City of Georgetown as requested
7. Consideration and possible action to approve IT Proposal (Steve Goodman report).
8. Committee Reports
A. Landscape Committee (“LC” - Alex Hayes, Steve Goodman) combined with
Parks Committee (“PC” - Melinda Marler, Steve Goodman):
1) (LC) - Update on Gazebo and Village-Commons entrance Commons
Landscaping and Gazebo areas.
2) (LC) - Consideration and possible action on new Landscape Contract that
expires 8/31/15.

3) (PC) - Consideration and possible action to approve cemetery sign and
placement.
4) (PC) - Consideration and possible action to approve the picnic table design for
the parks (carried from June meeting).
5) (PC) - Consideration and possible action to approve the game table designs
and number to install in the parks (carried from June meeting).
6) (PC) - Consideration and possible action to accept the picnic table installation
locations per the parks design layout (carried from June meeting).
7) (PC) - Consideration and possible action to purchase and install an additional
bench at the north side of the Westbury entrance (carried from June meeting).
B. Budget / 5-Year-Plan Committee – (Bill Weber, Alex Hayes, Steve Goodman)
1) Five (5) Year Plan Budget
C. Ponds Committee – (Bill Weber, Vincent Uthoff).
D. Communication Committee - Melinda Marler, Steve Goodman

2) Update on new member solicitation and survey.
