D. Public Improvement District #1 Workshop meeting held on July 29, 2015.

1. Update on Gazebo and Village-Commons entrance Commons
Landscaping and Gazebo areas.
2. Consideration and possible action on new Landscape Contract that
expires 7/31/15. (Carried from July 13 meeting).
3. Consideration and possible action to approve the picnic table design
for the parks (carried from July 13 meeting).
4. Consideration and possible action to approve the game table designs
and number to install in the parks (carried from July 13 meeting).
5. Consideration and possible action to accept the picnic table installation
locations per the parks design layout (carried from July 13 meeting).
6. Consideration and possible action to purchase and install an additional
bench at the north side of the Westbury entrance (carried from July 13
meeting).
7. Consideration and possible action to approve Park Master Plan
Concept as discussed during workshop meeting of July 29, 2015.
