Discussion: regarding no significant changes overall - why is water usage so high. 2. Workshop agenda item in future. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve Minutes of Georgetown Village Public Improvement district #1 meeting held on May 11, 2015. A. Motion to approve minutes as amended in accordance with suggested amendments by Alex Hayes made by Steve Goodman, second by Melinda Mader: 139113-�� 4. Consideration and possible action to approve updated committee roles and responsibilities. A. Discussion to take up in Workshop meeting B. Motion to postpone made by Alex Hayes, seconded by Steve Goodman. Vote to postpone 5-1 (Approved with Weber voting "Non). 5. Consideration and possible action to approve and accept the revisions to the PID Brochure and reprint and consideration and possible action to approve a vendor based on bids presented to mail out PID Board member solicitation application to Georgetown Village A. Motion to approve made by Bill Weber, seconded by Steve Goodman. Vote to approve 6-0 k,. Discuss Merit Service Solutions Work Orders and Work Performed outside of Annual Contract. A. Report by Alex Hayes regarding work orders 49780 and 49781. A. Landscape committee: (Phillip Hardy, Alex Hayes, and Steve Goodman) 1. Discussion on Village Commons Landscaping & Gazebo areas. 2. Consideration and possible action to approve Merit Service Solutions Work Order numbers, 49780, 49781, 50113 and 50114. 0 _TI nfi= Vote 0-6 (not approved). B. Ponds Committee (Bill Weber & Vincent Uthoff): 1. Report by Bill Weber: Rosedale (Gehan) Pond not performing. Gehan notified. D. Parks Committee (Melinda Mader): 1. Consideration and possible action to approve the cemetery information sign design and installation. Motion to approve made by Bill Weber, seconded by Steve Goodman. Vote 6-0 (approved). 2. Consideration and possible action to approve the picnic table design for the parks. Postponed. B. Consideration and possible action to approve the game table designs and number to install in the parks. Postponed. 4. Consideration and possible action to accept the picnic table installation locations per the parks design layout. Postponed. 5. Consideration and possible action to purchase and install an additional bench at the north side of the Westbury entrance. Postponed. 6. Discussion on the pros and cons of installing one, possibly two, Bocce Ball Courts in one of the West side parks. E. Communication Committee (Melinda Marler, Steve Goodman and Phillip Hardy): 1. Sign storage issue —response by Bridget Chapman —back to City for further possible places. 2. Physical office vs. PO Box for GTV PID —Steve Goodman looking for guidance from City. F. Budget / 5 year -plan committee (Alex Hayes, Steve Goodman, Bill Weber): 1. Alex Hayes requested remainder of FY2015 expected expenditures from Committees per request from City of Georgetown. 2. Committee to meet to draft 5 year budget per request from City of Georgetown to present at July meeting for consideration and possible action. A. Workshop meetings scheduled for June 17, 2015 and July 8, 2015 to discuss and bring back to July meeting consideration and possible action for: 0 1. Committee Roles and responsibilities; 2. Landscape Parks; 3. Purchasing training and other matters; 4. Utility usage training and other matters. B. Venue with time and place arrangements by Melinda Marler; agendas to be posted with City of Georgetown. Keys for PID message board discussed. Melinda to keep for now, rather than the PID Secretary. Motion to adjourn was made by Vincent Uthoff, second by Melinda Mader.
