Motion by Brown to approve the minutes as submitted. Second by Knight. Approved 2 — 0,

Knight made a motion to approve the flush mounted sign and to deny the window signage based
on the signs blocking the architectural features, i e. the wooden windows. Coiniriissioncrs
discussed the consequences of the denial and what actions could follow. Second by Brown.
