The item will be brought forward as an action item on the Regular Agenda and there will not be a Workshop Presentation to the City Council. In anticipation of that, the Board Chair felt that it was important for the Board to meet one more time to review the recommendations from the Board to ensure that the reasons for recommending or not recommending funding for each agency was noted should any questions arise during the Council's deliberations. In reviewing the allocation recommendations, it was noted that there was an error in the documentation as to the Board's recommendations from the meeting held on July 8, 2015. After reviewing the audio minutes, it was determined that an error was made in documentation of an allocation of $10,000 to the Samaritan Center for Counseling and Pastoral Care.
