Staff reviewed over incentives that are being discussed and/or considered irncludin allowing art increase
to impervious coverage. Discussion regarding incentives of $2,500 per anit up to $100,000 for the cntire
development. Discussion between staffand Committer: regarding a review procedure to ensure that the
conditions ofthe incentives are met.
