Next water quality facility expected to be conveyed is Rosedale Pondaft
Gehan is finished with home construction. i
Future bid out of alley way drain repairs in older sections should be consistent
with those in Sectioic 6.

For PID Board's information, other social media sites available to residents that
are not PID sponsored which pertain to Georgetown Village including Facebook
Georgetown Village Community page, a closed group added on by an
administrator, and "Nextdoor.com."

Request by KB Homes for PID to accept certain property parcels in the Creekside
Development in Georgetown Village as marked on plat maps distributed to PID Board
Members. Consideration and possible action to accept at future PID Board meeting.

Irrigation along Shell Rd. inconsistent, with brown spots and inconsistent
coverage.
Bench in Bedford Park, by Live Oak tree, is washed out.
Knock out roses by Madrid mailboxes — being ate by deer.
Questions regarding Village Commons Circles.
Maintenances of bulletin boards with old material from months ago still posted.
Suggestion that draft of meeting minutes be posted prior to their being formally
approved at subsequent PID Board meeting.
Ornamental grasses at Rosedale entrance are not looking good.
