LIST OF REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS
The approval of the use exception is conditional on completion of the required
improvements listed below and the following plans approved on September 28, 2015, per
application SP -2015-009.
1) Fagade enhancements to provide vertical and horizontal articulation along the east,
west, and north facades, and landscaping to provide screening and break up the
south fagade.
2) Sidewalks, per City requirements, along Morrow Street, Spring Street, and Austin
Ave.
