revise Chapters 1, 3-13, and 16 related to the UDC Development Manual. Annexation process, Site
Plait rccluirements, Planned Unit Development (PUD) Disuict Standards. accessory dwelling units,

Valerie Kreger reviewed the 2014-2015 prc7posed updates to the Unified Development Code. Once
approved by the Unified Development Committee, the updates will be presented to the t'latuung and
Zoning Con—im sion during their August I8, 2015 meeting.
Motion by Committee Member Wanke to approve the proposed 2014-2015 Unified development
Code. updates as amended. Second by Committee Member Barton. Approved. (6-0)
