C Public l tearing and possible action on amendments to the Unified Development Code (LJ DC) to revise Chapters 1, 3-13, and 16 related to the UDC Development Manual. Once approved by the Unified Development Committee, the updates will be presented to the t'latuung and Zoning Con—im sion during their August I8, 2015 meeting. Motion by Committee Member Wanke to approve the proposed 2014-2015 Unified development Code. updates as amended. Second by Committee Member Barton. Approved.
