Board Members: Stephanie Blanck - Chair arrived at 6:41 PM, Jon Carey - Vice Chair, Sheila Mills - Secretary, Dawn Jennings, Anya Juan Risco, Paul Luther, Barbra Sonnen- Hernandez ;4aff Present: Nat Waggoner, Jana Kem Regular Session (This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code 551.) A. Call to Order: Mr. Carey called the Regular ADA Board meeting to order on Wednesday December 9, 2015, at 6:00 PM. The Board may, at any time recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the Chair, a Board Member, The City Manager, Assistant City Manager, General Manager of Utilities, City Council Member, or legal counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows Moved to Item -F" C. Presentation and discussion of the adopted 2015 ADA Transition Plan. - Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst, Transportation Services and Bridget Chapman, City Attorney. Waggoner reviewed/explained the item to the board members. Several questions were asked and answered by Waggoner. D. Presentation and discussions of the ADA Advisory Board Charter - Nat Waggoner, PMP, Transportation Analyst Waggoner discussed what is in the charter and what the responsibilities of Board members are. E. Discussion of the need to create a work plan for FY 2016 - Nat Waggoner, PMP, Transportation Analyst POLICE - Emergency Management Fire - Emergency Management Web Site Signage Municipal Court Library HR Finance Purchasing City Secretary F. Review and possible action to approve the minutes from the Re•gular ADA Board meeting held July 08, 2015. - Jana Kem - ADA Board Liaison Jennings stated that in Item "E" that there are three E's in her motion. Minutes have been corrected. Motion by Risco seconded by Jennings to approve the minutes as corrected. Approved unanimously 6-1 (Blanck absent) Moved to Item J/(" " Adjoumment Motion by Risco second by Mills to adjourn meeting. Approved unanimously 6-1 (lane k absent). Meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.
