A RESOLUTION WHEREBY THE CITY OF
GEORGETIWN, WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS,
AGREES TO ACCEPT ORIGINAL GRANT AGREE-
MENT WITH TEXAS AERONAUTICS COMMISSION
WHEREBY SAID CITY SHALL RECEIVE 50% OF
TOTAL COST OF RE -SURFACING OF RUNWAYS
AND TAXIWAYS AT GEORGETOWN MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
Williamson County, Texas, that said City does hereby accept the agree-
ment of Texas Aeronautics Commission whereby said City shall receive
through said Commission as a grant the sum of 50% of the total cost
of resurfacing of runways and taxiways at the Georgetown Municipal
Airport according to the plans and specifications heretofore approved
by the Commission and made a part of this resolution by reference subject
to the terms and conditions of the Texas Aeronautics Commission Grant
Agreement dated May 16, 1969, and directed to the City of. Georgetown
as "Sponsor" and being from the State of Texas acting through the Texas
Aeronautics Commission. Such Grant Agreement hereby accepted is attached
to this ordinance and made a part hereof for all purposes.

ANNEXATION OR CITY LIMITS EXTENSION PETITION
TO THE MAYOR AND GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS.
The undersigned owners of the hereinafter described tract of land, hereby
petition your Honorable Body to extend the present City Limits so as to
include as a part of the City of Georgetown, Texas, the following described
territory, to -wit:
All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and
being situated in Williamson County, Texas, a part of the
N.'Porter': Survey, A - 378, and being a part of a tract
of 378 acres described in a deed to J. T. Parker of record
in Vol. 341, page 75, of the deed records of said county,
and being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the North corner of the 1.8 acre tract
heretofore conveyed by J. T. Parker to Crestview Baptist
Church by deed of record in Vol. , page , of the deed
records of said county, a steel pin and large corner post,
also near a 4" x 4" concrete marker;
THENCE North 41* 08' West, with the southwest R.O.W.
of Farm Road 2338, 100.7 feet, North 40*08' West 100.7 feet,
and North 39*26' West 39.3 feet to a steel pin found at the
North corner of the 1.6 acre tract conveyed by J. T. Parker to
J. E. Breeding, by deed of record in Vol. , page
THENCE continuing with said R.O.W. North 38*26"
West 60.23 feet to a 4" x 4" x 24" concrete marker set in
said R.O.W. for the most Northern corner of Crestview Addition,
Unit III, to the City -of Georgetown, which is a part hereof,
said corner being at the inersection of the northwest line of
"Power Street" with the southwest R.O.W. of Farm road # 2338;
THENCE South 46*56' `Pest with the northwest line of
said street, 294.91 feet to a steel pin set for an angle
point;
TIENCE 48*10' West with the margin of said street
477.50 feet -to a 4" x 4" 24" concrete marker set for the
most western corner hereof;
THENCE South 42*52' East 620.50 feet to a 4" x 4" x
24" concrete marker set for a corner in the curving
R.O.W. of Mesquite Lane;
THENCE South 50*14'12" West 13.85 feet to a steel pin
set at the P.T. of said Curve, which has a radius of 104.25
feet;
THENCE continuing with the original southwest line of
Oak Lane as heretofore dedicated, North 42* 49' West 195.06
feet to a steel pin set at the terminal point of said street,
and in the southeast line of a tract of 2.568 acres conveyed
by J. T. Parker to Crestview Baptist Church by deed of record
in Vol. page , of the deed records of Williamson
County;
THENCE North 46* 52' East 50.00 feet to a 4" x 4" x 24"
concrete marker found at the east corner of said Church
tract, common with the South corner of the 1.8 acre tract
conveyed by J. T. Parker to Crestview Baptist Church by
deed of record in Vol. , page , of the deed
records of Williamson County;
THENCE North 42* 22' West with the southwest line of
said last named Church tract 399.00 to a steel pin found
at a large corner post for th-e west corner of same;
I THENCE North 46* 52' East with the northwest line of said
�. tract 280.00 feet to the place of beginning, and embracing
an area of 13.648 acres of land, more or less.
We certify that the above described tract of land is contiguous
and adjacent to the City of Georgetown, Texas, is not more than one
half �2) mile in width, and that this petition is signed and duly
acknowledged by each and every person or corporation having an interest
in said land.
THENCE South 48*10' West 111.18 feet to a 4" x 4" 24"
concrete marker for the Southwest corner hereof;
THENCE South 42* 52' East 381.81 feet to a 4" x 4" x
24" concrete marker set for the most southern corner hereof;

THENCE North 56* 12' East 148.75 feet to a 4" x 4" x 24"
concrete marker and steel pin found at the west, northwest
corner of Lot No. One (1) in Block No. Five (5) of Crestview
Addition, Unit II, as per map of same of record in Vol.
page of the map or plat records of said County;
THENCE North 18* 47' West 51.80 feet to a steel pin set
at the Northwest corner of said Crestview Addition, Unit
Two;
THENCE North 56* 12' East, with the northwest margin of
"Ranch Road" 381.90 feet to a steel pin at the intersection
of same with the southwest line of "Oak Lane" for the most
eastern corner of the premises herein described;
THENCE North 42* 25' West with the southwest margin of
Oak Lane, 132.79 feet to a steel pin set at the beginning
of a Cul-de-sac which has a radius of 50 feet;
THENCE continuing with the original southwest line of
Oak Lane as heretofore dedicated, North 42* 49' West 195.06
feet to a steel pin set at the terminal point of said street,
and in the southeast line of a tract of 2.568 acres conveyed
by J. T. Parker to Crestview Baptist Church by deed of record
in Vol. page , of the deed records of Williamson
County;
THENCE North 46* 52' East 50.00 feet to a 4" x 4" x 24"
concrete marker found at the east corner of said Church
