MINUTES
1. Call to order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm.
Note for the Record: It was noted prior to the remainder of the meeting that the date reflected
on the agenda was in error. The correct date should have read April 12, 2011 rather than
February 12, 2011. No other changes were made to the agenda.
2. Financial Reports:
A. Financial status report was provided by Lorie Lankford, City of Georgetown. Information
provided is as of March 2011. Year to Date Total Revenues are $187,377.24; Year to Date
Total Expenses are $87,621.56; and Year to Date Funds Available are $244,833.80.
B. The approved expenditures reported were:
(1) Reimbursement to C. Welch for reproduction by Burks Digital Reprographics in the
amount of $117.45
(2) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $6,053.37. (March Monthly
Maintenance)
(3) Reimbursement to C. Welch for electrical plate covers for gazebo in the amount of
$17.46.
(4) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $8,648.00. (Tree Trimming)
(5) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $6,053.37. (April Monthly Maintenance)
3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District #1 meetings held on February 8, 2011.
A. A motion was made to accept the minutes of the February 8, 2011 meeting as presented.

Note for the record: It was noted that due to the transition that had taken place with the
Developer's Representative, who was maintaining the records as required for public access,
arrangements had been made to transition those records to the City of Georgetown Secretary.
4. Status update from Matt Saulsgiver, SunTerra Representative.
Mr. Saulsgiver indicated that everything was in good order, the trees had been trimmed and if
there were any issues to let him know and they would be taken care of.
5. Consideration and possible action to approve proposal submitted by Sunterra for repairs to the
irrigation system based on their monthly walk through.
A motion was made to accept the proposal as presented.

6. Gazebo
It was noted that the Gazebo continues to be vandalized. The electrical plate coverings were
replaced, however, concern was expressed regarding the on-going vandalization, including the
removal of the electrical plate coverings, the interior floor, pillars and gates, and any liability the
PID might have as a result.
Placement of a security camera was also discussed; however, it was felt that there were too
many unknowns regarding privacy, where the information was stored and how it could be used.
A motion was made to replace the electrical receptacles at the Gazebo with safety plates NTE
$150.00.

A motion was made to remove the gates and make the Gazebo uniform.

Richard Nesbit will obtain bids from various contractors for the resurfacing of the Gazebo floor
and will present them at the next scheduled meeting for consideration.
7. Update on Section 6.
It was noted for the record that no further action has occurred.
8. New/Other Business
None
9. Opportunity for resident(s) to address the PID Board.
Two residents were present and stated they had concerns regarding the Informational Bulletin
that was disseminated to the Georgetown Village residents regarding their responsibilities to
trim the trees on their property between the sidewalk and street. Each matter raised, was
addressed in detail. They also expressed concern regarding the location of the Georgetown
Village PID Board records. It was noted earlier in the meeting where the records had been
retained and where they would be retained in the future.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:30 pm.
