B. Recap of approved expenditures.
(1) Reimbursement to C. Welch for reproduction by Burks Digital Reprographics in the
amount of $117.45
(2) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $6,053.37. (March Monthly
Maintenance)
(3) Reimbursement to C. Welch for electrical plate covers for gazebo in the amount of
$17.46-
(4) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $8,648.00. (Tree Trimming)
(5) SunTerra Landscape Services in the amount of $6,053.37. (April Monthly Maintenance)
3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of Georgetown Village Public
Improvement District#1 meeting held on February 8, 2011.
4. Status update from Matt Sulsgiver, SunTerra Representative.
A. Tree trimming of common areas.
B. Irrigation system
C. Condition of landscaping.
5. Consideration and possible action to approve proposal submitted by Sunterra for repairs to
the irrigation system based on their monthly walk through.
