Board Members: Dawn Jennings — Chair, Jon Carey — Vice Chair,, Anya Juan Risco, Bea Kinney, Chris Sypniewski Board Members Absent: Sheila Mills - Secretary, Chris H'Luz Staff Present: Nat Waggoner, Jana Kern Others Present: Dave Lardner — Precision Safe Sidewalks, LLC Regular Session (This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code 551.) A. Call to Order: Ms. Dawn Jennings called the regular ADA Board meeting to order on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at 6:01 PM The Board may, at any time recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the Chair, a Board Member, The City Manager, Assistant City Manager, General Manager of Utilities, City Council Member, or legal counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows B. Introduction of Vis ftors MOVED TO ITEM "G" 6:03 PM C. Provide the Board feedback on the discussions with Human Resources — Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst Waggoner gave the Board and overview of his discussion with the Human Resources Department. D. Review and consideration for new Capital Improvement Project reporting format — Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst Waggoner reviewed with the Board the color format for the CIP Reporting form. E. Discussion of City's established grievance and accommodations policies. — Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst Waggoner had an open discussion with the Board and their recommend changes will be brought back to the July meeting F. Discussion of Disability Awareness Workshops with ARGIL - — Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst Waggoner informed the Board that he had a discussion with Teri Saltzman of the ARCIL and she is very willing to come and give the City some training. G. Discussion of ADA Board Chair presentation to the Georgetown Commission on Aging — Nat Waggoner, Transportation Analyst Waggoner informed the Board that they had been asked to come and speak to the Commission on Aging. The Chair and any other members are welcome to attend. The Meeting will be held on Monday June 20, 2016 at 6:00 PM at the Public Safety Building located at 3500 DB Wood Road. Legislative Regular Agenda H. Review and possible action to approve the minutes from the Regular ADA Board meeting held April 13, 2016. — Jana Kern — ADA Board Liaison Motion by Juan Risco second by Kinney to approve the minutes as presented. Approved 5-2 (Mills & H`Luz absent) MOVED TO ITEM "C" Adjournment Motion by Juan Risco second by Sypniewski to adjourn meeting. Approved 5-2 (Mills & H'Luz absent).
