Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. 2. Financial Reports: A. Financial status report was provided via e-mail by Lorie Lankford, City of Georgetown. Attachment A. B. There were no approved expenditures to report. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of Georgetown Village Public Improvement District #1 meetings held on January 11, 2011. A. A motion was made to accept the minutes of the January 11, 2011 meeting as presented. Motion -1. Harrington Second — K. Cofer Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion approved. 4. Status update from Matt Saulsgiver, SunTerra Representataive. Mr. Saulsgiver indicated that it was time for trimming the plants such as the irises and roses and other ornamentals. In March, SunTerra will begin weekly landscape maintenance. 5. Consideration and possible action to approve the tree trimming proposal submitted by SunTerra. A motion was made to accept the proposal as presented. Motion — R. Nesbit Second—J. Harrington Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion approved. 6. Consideration and possible action to approve the Georgetown Village Pubic Improvement District #1 Informational Notice regarding property owner responsibilities. A motion was made to approve the Information Notice for dissemination to Georgetown Village residents. Motion — K. Cofer Second—J. Harrington Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion approved. Consideration and possible action to approve funding for reproduction of the Informational Notice_ A motion was made to approve funds for the reproduction of the Informational Notice. Motion—M. Rains Second — R. Nesbit Ayes— 5 Nays — 0 Motion approved. 8. Update regarding PID Board membership. PID Board members were informed that the Georgetown City Council had confirmed the appointments of the individuals submitted for consideration by Resolution 11111-Q dated January 11, 2011. 9. Update on Section 6. It was noted for the record that no further action has occurred. 10. New/Other Business None 11. Opportunity for resident(s) to address the PID Board.
