Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm. 2. Financial Reports: A. Financial status report was provided via e-mail by Lorie Lankford, City of Georgetown. It is expected that the bulk of the assessments will be collected by the end of January 2011 at which time the PID will be able to consider any adjustments for the remainder of the budget cycle. B. There were no approved expenditures to report. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of Georgetown Village Public Improvement District #1 meetings held on November 9, 2010 and December 14, 2010. The minutes from the November 9, 2010 meeting which were not available for consideration on December 14, 2010 were presented for action. A motion was made to accept the minutes of the December 14, 2010 meeting as presented. Motion — R. Nesbit Second — K. Cofer Ayes — 4 Nays — 0 Motion approved. 4. Action to regularize the appointment of an alternate to voting member. It was noted for the record that J. K. Cofer's appointment was erroneously documented as having been appointed as an alternate when it should have stated voting member. No further action is required. 5. Update regarding PID Board membership and introduction of new members. Harold Hergert and Michael Ashley were introduced as new members to the PID Board. They were selected to serve an initial two year appointment as alternates. 6. Status of Section 6. There was a lengthy discussion regarding the status of Section, what had occurred to date, and follow-up with the Assistant City Attorney. This will be an on-going process as the PID Board begins clarifying the steps that need to be taken in order for Section 6 to be properly brought into the PID. 7. New/Other Business A. Matt Saulsgiver of SunTerra Landscaping was present to address any items of concern the PID Board members may have regarding the on-going maintenance of the PID properties; and to provide the PID with an up -date of work completed. He plans to attend each meeting to continue addressing matters raised by the PID Board. B. The PID Board was advised that the City Attorney was asking for their home addresses & phone numbers in order for their names to go forward to City Council for approval. Each gave their permission for this information to be provided. C. An Informational Notice regarding property owners responsibilities and obligations for tree trimming was handed out to each member for comment and/or suggestions for improvement. Based on receipt of their comments with recommended changes, ect., the document will be prepared in final format for dissemination to homeowners. D. Discussion ensued regarding the condition of the sidewalks. Specifically, who has responsibility for maintenance. This will be researched and brought up at a later meeting. 8. Opportunity for resident(s) to address the PID Board. No residents were present. 9. Adjourn A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 pm. Motion — K. Cofer Second—J.
