Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 6:02 pm. 2. Financial: A. Lorie Lankford, Accounting Supervisor for the City of Georgetown, who was unable to attend, provided the Financial Statement to the PID Board. The balance is $55,371.15, with tax revenues coming in after January 31, 2010. The budget is based on the balance. A question was raised by Tom McKitrick regarding the financial statement. Ms. Lankford will be contacted for an explanation. B. Cheryl Welch noted fire ant problem in several pocket parks. A resident present at the board meeting also stated Spring Court Park has a large problem with fire ants. Sunterra representatives present at board meeting will address fire ant problem in parks. 9. Opportunity for residents to address the PID Board: A number of residents attended the PID Board meeting to voice their concerns over matters related to notices received from the property management company, Alliance, regarding violations of the CC & R's. They were informed by Chance Leigh, the Developer's Representative, that the PID is not the contracting agent for Alliance and that all matters related to the enforcement of the CC & R's should be referred directly to him. Mr. Leigh then proceeded to address their concerns and assured that he would follow up with the residents after looking in the matters raised. 10.
