Financial Statement provided by Lorie Lankford, Accounting Supervisor City
of Georgetown. (A copy is attached to the minutes). Cheryl will check on a
$9000 adjustment in financial statements. Cheryl approved the payment of
bills to Sunterra, for new mail boxes, and legal fees- all totaling $9685. Cheryl
has also found out that the PID will not qualify for a higher tax rate until we
reach a certain number of houses in the neighborhood. If that were to
happen, there would be an election to raise the rate.

B. IN LIGHT OF THE DISCUSSION WITH RESIDENTS PRESENT AT THE
MEETING, THE GROUP IS WONDERING HOW WE MIGHT BETTER
ADVERTISE THE PID MEETINGS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. SUGGESTIONS
INCLUDED A WEB SITE, NEWS ARTICLE, FLIERS, NEWSLETTER OR SIGNS.
7. Opportunity for resident(s) to address the PID board:
Ed and Judy Lane presented a list of homes that they do not think are in
compliance with neighborhood guidelines. They feel that Alliance is not
enforcing the rules. They would also be interested to attend an Alliance
meeting, and asked if Alliance could possibly host meetings here in the
neighborhood. Safety issues that were brought up include low hanging
branches that obscure visibility, the speed limit, and the children on scooters.
It was suggested that the residents speak with the City of Georgetown
regarding the speed limit.
