Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:57 pm. 2. Financial Report: Financial Statement given by Lorie Lankford, Accounting Supervisor City of Georgetown. (A copy is attached to the minutes). 3. Approval of meeting minutes- November 12, 2008: A motion was made to approve the minutes as presented for the above date. William Wolf — Motion Chance Leigh — Second Ayes — 5 Nays — 0 Motion passed four (5) to zero (0) at 6:09pm 4. Status of sections 6, 8, and 9: Section 6 of Georgetown Village is still awaiting approval for admittance into the PID. Section 9 will likely be admitted shortly. An update will be given next month by Chance. 5. Review of Governing Rules: All members should review the Governing Rules for recommended changes before the December meeting and be prepared to make any recommendations for changes. Specific Sections that need to be reviewed are: Article II, Paragraph 2.03 Recommendation and Appointment of Board Members; Paragraph 2.05 Filling of Vacancies; Paragraph 2.07 Regular Meetings; Paragraph 2.09 A Quorum of Members to consider including language consistent with paragraph 2.02; and Paragraph 3.02 Selection of Nominating Committee Members to consider using the phrase "shall use its best efforts" in paragraph 2.02 and 2.03. 6. Review of alleyways: William reported that there are 12 alleys that need to be walked before next month's meeting. Chance and Todd will be walking these and reporting current conditions. 7. HOA Section 4: Section 4 of Georgetown Village has a separate HOA that is responsible for the landscape maintenance of the yards in this section. The developer will be occupying the HOA seats to eventually dissolve or pass over control of the HOA within 180 days. These homeowners are already a part of the PID. 8. Park benches: Supplies have been ordered to repair 17 park benches throughout neighborhood. The repairs will be made approximately in the next 7 days. Some benches on Madrid have not been painted, and Chance will look into that. There will be an update from Chance at the next meeting. 9. Nominating Committee: To be discussed at next meeting. 10. New Business: Wayne Turner must resign from the PID board due to military deployment. Applications for new members will be distributed before Christmas. Applications will be due on January 9, 2009. The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, at 6:00 pm. 11. Opportunity for resident(s) to address the Board. No residents presented themselves to the Board 12.Adjourn: A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 pm.
