MINUTES
1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm.
2. REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS FOR POTENTIAL NEW PID BOARD MEMBERS,
VOTE ON POTENTIAL NEW MEMBERS, REVIEW EXISTING MEMBERSHIP AND
OFFICE HOLDERS; AND VOTE TO MAKE ANY NECESSARY CHANGES
REGARDING MEMBER ROLES.
A. Eight Georgetown Village homeowners completed applications for position on
the Georgetown Village Public Improvement District (PID) #1 Board.
The PID Board members evaluated the applications and made the following
selections:
New PID Board members:
Mike Rains
Grace Josey Pyka
Wayne Turner
New PID Board Alternate members:
Tom McKitrick
Todd Manning
William Wolf
A motion was made to approve the above PID Board members and alternates:
David Goodrum — Motion
Brad Johnson — Second
Ayes — 5
Nays - 0
Motion passes five (5) to zero (0)

B. Green Builders notified the PID Board that they will be replacing their existing
members of David Goodrum and Mark Gram with Chance Leigh and Kenny
Adair.
C. The above cited names will be presented to the City of Georgetown for
consideration and approval.
D. The PID Board members considered the roles of the members eligible to hold
office.
A motion was made to elect Reagon Seaver, President; and, Cheryl Welch, Vice
President and Treasurer.

3. RESIDENTS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE BOARD
Tom McKitrick addressed the PID Board members to express his interest in becoming a
member and to bring to the Board's attention the following matters:
A. The condition of the weeds and grass along Rosedale.
B. Why some of the park benches did not have concrete pads underneath and
others did.
C. A dead tree located along Madrid.
D. Bedford Park — no maintenance was being performed at the park.
4. ADJOURN
A motion was made to adjourn at 6:20 pm.
