CALL MEET11`4G TO ORDER.. Meeting was called to order at 5:09 pm. 2. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 12, 2007 REGULAR MEETING A motion was made to approve the minutes as read: MARK GRAM — Motion — Ayes - 4 REAGON SEAVER — Second — Nays — 0 Motion passes Four (4) — Zero (0) 3. UPDATE AND DISCUSSION OF PREVIOUSLY APPROVED LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE ITEMS AND ACTION TO APPROVE IRRIGATION REPAIRS, PLAYSCAPE MAINTENANCE, AND INCREASE IN MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR VILLAGE PARD CROSSWALK. -1- Georgetown Village PID Minutes of 07/17/08 Meeting A. Discussion was held regarding previously approved item from meeting on 5/12/08 to authorize amount not to exceed $600 for purchase and installation of signage and road striping for crosswalk in the alley way between Village Park and Village Elementary, and additional amount needed to complete project. Replacements for two timers at $450 each were installed at Westbury and Shell Parks. The cost of $600 for the replacement of fall protection mulch at the Village Park playscape was completed. It was noted that Village Park is a City Park, and that all repairs and improvements for city parks should be directed to Parks and Rec. If able, we will seek reimbursement for amount spent. A motion was made to authorize the additional amount of $550 to complete the crosswalk project, and to approve the invoices for repairs of $900 and $600. (DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON NEW LANDSCAPE AND MAINTENANCE ITEMS, AND CURRENT LANDSCAPE CONTRACT Discussion was held regarding the approval to paint sign poles, and that there are remaining sign poles that were not painted due to the repair amount approved was not sufficient to complete the actual number that were found to require painting. Reagon Seaver discussed the fact that the recent addition of concrete pads to the various park benches had created an issue with the benches now being too low for comfortable seating, and that the benches needed to be refinished. Discussion of pending work needed at Chestnut Park to improve the poor turf condition, and other maintenance needed. A motion was made to authorize the amount of $1000 to refinish the benches beginning with the benches at the front of the community that will have the most visible impact, and $1000 to perform work at Chestnut Park. UPDATE AND DISCUSSION OF CURRENT YEARS BUDGET AND PREPARATION OF BUDGET FOR FY 2008/2009 Discussion was made regarding the process and ability of the Board of Directors to obtain year-to-date financial numbers from the City of Georgetown in regard to being able to provide oversight of the approved budget, tax revenues, and invoices being paid. Chance Leigh will work to obtain the needed reports from the City of Georgetown, and Brian Ortego will work to place them in a format to reconcile with the approved budget numbers in preparation for the formation of next years budget, and to determine our current financial position. It was discussed the need to explore means to accomplish this on a regular and a continual basis with the city or other source providing the service. 6. UPDATE AND DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON DEVELOPERS PETITION TO ADD CURRENT AND NEW SECTIONS INTO GTV PID #1, AND DISCUSSION OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS AND ISSUES Chance Leigh with Green Builders spoke to the fact that they (Developer) are working to petition Sections 6 and 9 into the PID, and will inform the Board of assistance needed to complete this task. Section 6 currently is not on the assessment for the GTI PID #1 due to issues with the City of Georgetown and the WOAD which will result in no revenue for this section for this tax year. 7.
