1. MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:34 P.M.
2. READ AND APPROVE MINUTES OF LAST MEETING.
A motion was made to approve the minutes as read.

3. DISCUSSION AND PLANNING FOR GTV PID #1 BUDGET 2007/2008
AND ACTION TO SET MEETING DATE FOR BUDGET APPROVAL
Mark Gram went through the budget cost ytd as partially broken down by the city,
and gave the estimated revenue projections for 2007/2008 as received from the
WCAD. Discussion on expenditures remaining in 2006/2007, and planning for
budgeting costs and expected maintenance needs next fiscal year. Items discussed
for possible increase were additional fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and top
dressing to enhance condition of turf, tree replacement, and wrought iron fence
and gate around gazebo. David Goodrum to determine condition of alleyways,
and possible need to chip seal asphalt alleys to enhance life and condition.
4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE CONTINUING OF
CURRENT LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH
SUNTERRA.
A motion was made to continue the contract currently in force with Sunterra with
a friendly amendment accepted from Marlene McMichael to have workshop with
Sunterra to discuss expectations going forward in the near future.

5. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE
SUNTERRA TO PERFORM VARIOUS MAINTENANCE
IMPROVEMENTS NEEDED WITH BUDGETED COST
Discussion was held on various items needing repair including park bench
surrounds being concrete, with Mark Gram offering to seek possible proposals
from other vendors to achieve some cost savings rather than pursuing to have this
work performed by Sunterra.
6. DISCUSSION REGARDING NOMINEES PRESENTED TO THE CITY
COUNCIL FOR APPOINTMENT, AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS.
Marlene McMichael stated that she is preparing a letter to Trish Carls, City
Attorney, introducing nominees to the City Council. Election of officers will
occur at the next board meeting after nominees are confirmed for appointment.
7. RESIDENTS SIGNED UP TO ADDRESS TILE BOARD
Bill Sattler, Dist. 4 Councilmember City of Georgetown, was present to
introduce himself and familiarize himself with the operation of the GTV PID
board, and to offer any assistance that may be needed, and to call upon him if
so.
