Board Members: Dawn Jennings — Chair, Sheila Mills — Secretary, Anya Juan Risco, Chris H'Luz, Bea Kinney, Board Members Absent: Jon Carey — Vice Chair, Chris Sypniewski Staff Present: Nat Waggoner, Jana Kern, Regular Session (This Regular Session may, at any time, be recessed to convene an Executive Session for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas government Code 551.) A. Call to Order: Ms. Dawn Jennings called the regular ADA Board Meeting to order at 6:05 PM on Wednesday February 08, 2017. The Board may, at any time recess the Regular Session to convene in Executive Session at the request of the Chair, a Board Member, The City Manager, Assistant City Manager, General Manager of Utilities, City Council Member, or legal counsel for any purpose authorized by the Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and are subject to action in the Regular Session that follows B. Introduction of Visitors C. Review of City of Georgetown FY16 ADA Transition Plan and discussion of work and tasks needed for FY17 amendment. — Nat Waggoner. PMP, AICP Waggoner congratulated the Board on getting the second adoption of the ADA Transition Plan done by City Council. Waggoner went on to discuss what needs to be undertaken in the upcoming year. Asked the Board to review what we already had and see if anything needed to be fine-tuned. The Board was informed that they could have new members in March and that we all would give the new members an overview of what we have and what need to be done in FY17. Legislative Regular Agenda D. Review and possible action to approve the minutes from the Regular ADA Board meeting held on November 09, 2016. — Jana Kern — ADA Board Liaison Motion by Kinney, second by Juan Risco to approve the minutes as presented.
