A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY
TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A"
HERETO ATTACHED, TO REAVEN HADLEY.
WHEREAS, Reaven Hadley is the owner of certain properties
which are part of Lots 21 and 24, Fleager Addition to the City of
Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown is the owner of certain
properties contiguous to those lands owned by said Reaven Hadley,
described above; and
WHEREAS, a storage building owned by Reaven Hadley encroaches
on property owned by the City of Georgetown in said area, and the
area fenced by Reaven Hadley also encroaches upon the property owned
by the City of Georgetown; and
WHEREAS, said Reaven Had1Ly has owned and occupied the property
mentioned above since 1945; and
WHEREAS, the City of Georgetown intends to convey the property
owned by it which is located in such area and desires to do so in such
a manner that the future owner will encounter no difficulties in the
question of property lines; now therefore be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
that the property described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached be conveyed
to said Reaven Hadley by Quitclaim Deed, and that the Mayor of said
City be and he is hereby authorized to execute such QuitclaimDeed.

FIELD NOTES FOR REAVEN HADLEY
BEING 683.43 square feet in the C. Stubblefield Survey, Abstract No. 558,
in W111iamson County, Texas, and being out of and a tart of the South San
Gabriel Urban Renewal Addition, Block A, in the City of Georgetown, Texas,
as recorded in Book 727, Page 698, of the Deed Records of Williamson
County, Texas.
BEGINNING at an iron stake set on the common boundary line of Lot 12,
Block A, in said Urban Renewal Addition and a tract of land owned by
Reaven Hadley, recorded in Vol. 328, Page 148, of the Deed Record% of
Williamson Count, Texas, in said addition, said point bears N 89`33' E,
65.72 feet; N 00 24' W, 127.20 feet; N 87056' E, 1S3.16 feet, and N 63°
27'33' E, 75.29 feet from a w inch diameter hole in the top of a Texas
Highway Department concrete monument found in the North margin of Texas
Highway No. 29; said point being the Southeast corner hereof;
THENCE N 8858-W, 24.90 feet to an iron stake set for the Southwest cor-
ner hereof;
THENCE N 01°02' E, 19.40 feet to an iron stake set for an ell corner hereof;

THENCE S 85058' E, 20.00 feet to an iron stake set for an ell corner hereof;
THENCE N 01°04' E, 43.95 feet to an ell corner hereof;
THENCE S 88°58' E. 4.90 feet to an iron stake set on the referred to common
boundary line of Lot 12 and the Hadley tract;
THENCE along said line, S 01°02' W, 62.30 feet to the -PLACE OF BEGINNING.

shown hereon, and that said property has access to and from a dedicated road-
way, except as shown hereon.
