A Resolution of the City Council of Georgetown, Texas, acknowledging that
Georgetown has more than 2 times the state average per capita Housing Tax
Credit units for 2018 Housing Tax Credits by Pedcor Investments-2017-CLXVII,
L.P. for the development named Residences at Stillwater, to the Texas
Department of Housing and Community Affairs to develop affordable rental
housing and declaring and effective date
WHEREAS, Pedcor Investments-2017-CLXVII, L.P. has proposed a development for affordable
rental housing of 192 rental units at the 1500 block of NE Inner Loop named Residences at
Stillwater in the city of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas; and
WHEREAS, Pedcor Investments-2017-CLXVII, L.P. has advised that it intends to submit an
application to the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for 2018
Housing Tax Credits for Residences at Stillwater;
It is hereby
RESOLVED, that as provided for in §11.3(c) of the Qualified Allocation Plan, it is expressly
acknowledged and confirmed that the city of Georgetown in Williamson County has more than
twice the state average of units per capita supported by Housing Tax Credits or Private Activity
Bonds and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the city of Georgetown in Williamson County hereby supports the
proposed Residences at Stillwater and confirms that its governing body has voted specifically to
approve the Development and to authorize an allocation of Housing Tax Credits for the
Development pursuant to Texas Government Code §2306.6703(a)(4), and
FURTHER RESOLVED that for and on behalf of the Governing Body, Dale Ross, Mayor is hereby
authorized, empowered, and directed to certify these resolutions to the Texas Department of
Housing and Community Affairs, on the 28th day of November, 2017.
