Smith, Mayor of the City of Georgetown, P4&1A I I D-r'� Williamson County, Texas, acting for said City under and by virtue of a Resolution duly passed by the City Council, a copy of which is hereto attached, for and in consideration of the sun of Ten Dollars (910.00) and other good and valuable considerations to said City by A. C. Hill, of Williamson County, Texas, paid and delivered,( the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration of the full, and final settlement of all claims of tiny and every kind to this date, of the said A. Co Hill against said City of Georgetown, evidenced by the acceptance of this Deed, Have Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents DO (iR.NT, SELF, AND CONVEY unto the said A. C. Hall, All thetas certain tracts or parcels of land, lying and heirs situated- In the County of Williamson and State of Texas, and being parts of the L. $. Dyahes survey, Abstract No. 180, described by metes and bounds as follows, to -Witt !►IRS' TRACT-. 1.26 Acres of land off the Eastern portion of a tract of 1$.1.6 acres, more or less,,aonveyed by Southwestern University to the City of Georgetown, by deed dated lune 4, 1894, recorded in Vol, 68, page 5910 of the Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, BSOINNING at the present fence corner post in West margin of Highway No. 2, at the N E corner of said tract; THENCE About 3.700`27' W with wire fence on North line of said tract, 107.8 vre (299.5 ft) to stake in fends for corneri THENCE S 70 45' S 92.5 vrs (257 ft.) to fence post is a dross fence of said tract; THENCE with said cross fence, S 880 19' E 28..6 vre (79.5 ft.) to a large tree and fence comer post in the West margin of the old publia road; THENCE N 300 38' E with the fence on West margin of said road to a large Live Oak tree 50.04 Yrs (139.0 ft.); THENCE N 220 18' E 92.7 vre (258.0 ft.) with said road fends to its intersection with the West right of way line of present State Highway No. 2, and also with said West right of way line, to the place of beginning, and containing 1.26 acres of land. SECOND TRACT: 5.55 acres of land off of the West and of said 14.16 acre tract mentioned above; Beginning at the N, W. corner of said 14.16 acres; THENCE N 700 270 E with its N line 304.8 vrs (846.6 ft.) to a stake set 76.57 vro (212.1 ft.) S 700 270 W from a large tree and fence corner of a arose fence. THDNCE S 60 39' W 126.04 vrs (350.1 ft.) to a stake on the South line of swid 14.16 acre tract. THENCE S 700 18' W with the South line of said 14.16 acres, 2510.8 vrs ( 696.6 ft . ) tb the original S. W. corner of said tract, west of the 16 0 N Ry. Co. right of Way passing through this tract; THLNCE N 190 8' W with the West line of said tract 112.9 vrs (313.6 ft.) to the place of beginning, and contain - Ing 5.55 acres of land, more or less, exclusive of the railroad right of way. We also heroby convey all right, title, olaim and interest of any kind in and to any portion of said 14.16 acts tract whish is covered by the Deed to said City above mettioned, that may lie outside of and Worth and/or South adjacent to the/lines of the tracts above described, that dight be shown by a complete and accurate survey not to have been included within the notes and bounds as above set out. ' TO HAVE AND TO HULAS the above described premises, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said A. C. Hill, his heirs and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind myself as Mayor of said City of Georgetown, and my successors in office, to WARRANT AND FOPIVER DEFEND, all and singular the said premises unto the said A. C.
