FOR ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN UNTIL JANUARY 1,
1980!
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council, City of Georgetown, appoint:'
Master Planniog Committee to study such matters as zoning, projected yrc�N:
patterns, and other planning data and to render to the City Council of ii -'a
City of Georgetoon a master plan for utilization by the Planning and Zop;ng
Commission and the City Council of the City of Georgetown in the futixe; and
WHEREAS, said Committee has begun its work and is in progres- at the
pras,.-et time but is yet unfinished with such project; and
WHFREAS, there is a need to preserve the status quo while s, -,i, -s'
is at work on =uch master pian so that building permits will not '►e :ssurd-
authorizing the construction of structures for uses that may be sr+ a.: ►+y 'h:�
