KNOW ALL IMT BY TEESE PRESF'VTS, That I
L. B. Horger" of said County and State, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt where
of is hereby aoknowleced, have this day, and do by these
presents sell
convey and grant'unto the City of Georgetown, Texas, an easeam,ent or
right -of -gray in and through all that certain lot or par -eel of land,
to -wits Out Lot 3
located in said City, with the right of agress, ingress and regress in
and to the same and with full power and authority to lay sewer, drain-
age and water piping in and through the aforesaid described property,
placing same so it will be to the depth of 3 feet under the surface
thereof: giving to the said City and its assigns and successors the
right, power and authority to make such repairs, if any, to said sewer,
drainage and water piping whenever, from any reason, it shall become
neoessary,
