Rowley of said County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE (11.00) DOLLAR to its cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have this day, and do by these presents sell and convey and grant auto the CITY OF GEORGETOWN, TEXAS an easement or right-of-way in and through all that certain lot or parcel of land, feginning at a point approximately 19 feet South Of the South line of TOT1FOVR':(4)3L0C= lXOl ($L) of Wolan Addition to the City of Georgetown, said point being one foot Worth of the South west corner of the George Be Rowley and Jane S. Rawloy proportyla THENCE East 120 feet parallel with the South line of Lot YOUR (4) to the South Bast corner of the George Re Rawloy and Jane S. Rawley propertyf All of said property being located within the City Limits of the City of Georgetown, with the right of said City Of EGRESS, INGRESS and REGRESS in and to the same with full power and authority to lay sewer, drainage and water piping in and through the aforesaid property, placing same so that it will be to the depth of not less than YOVa feet under the surface thereofy giving to the said City and its assigns and suooessors the right power and authority to make such repairs$ if any, to said sewer, drainage and water piping whenever, from any reasons it shall become necessary.
