accepted by The City of Georgetown, Texas, with the understanding and agree-
ment that said City of Georgetown will be responsible for paying the full cost
of moving any poles and lines that may become necessary in the future in order
that the property and future improvements of Georgetown Development Corporation

Blocks 1,and 2, Hart Addition, City of Georgetown, to the North line of
17th Street.
Grantor reserves the right to contract buildings over said sewer line at
some future date provided, however, that if such buildings are hereafter construct-
ed, the sewer line shall. be Protected from damage by Grantor.
