That Southwestern University, located in Williamson
County, Texas, hereinafter called Grantor, for and in considera-
tion tion of the sum of Ten Dollars sidera-

Georgetown, the receipt of which is hereby
confessed and deemed to be sufficient, do hereby acknowledged,

and leave same in as good a condition as same is now in.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said easement, the rights of way,
and rights unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors
and assigns, for the above stated property, and we do hereby
bind ourselves, our successors and assigns to Warrant and Forever
Defend, all and singular, the said right-of-way and easement
unto the said City of Georgetown, its successors and assigns
against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof during a one year term from date
hereof,
