HomeMy WebLinkAboutEasement Cosper 08.08.1973EASEMENT THE STATE OF TEXAS * KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON. That I, RANDELL J. COSPER of Williamson County, Texas, hereinafter referred to as Grantors, whether one or more for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00 cash to Grantors in hand paid by the City of Georgetown, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration of the benefits to be derived by Grantors from the sanitary sewer or water lines through the premises here- inafter described, have this day Granted and Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant and Convey, unto the City of Georgetown, a municipality situted in Williamson County,Texas, an easement to construct and perpetually maintain sanitary sewer or water lines in, upon and across the following described land, to -wit: All that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of Williamson, State of Texas described in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, to which reference is here made for a more particular description of said property; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same perpetually to the City of Georgetown, and its successors and assigns, together with the right and privilege at any and all times to enter said premises, or any part thereof, for the purpose of constructing and maintaining said sewer or water lines, and for making connections therewith; all upon the condition that the City of Georgetown will at all times after doing work in connection with the construction or repair of said sewer or water lines restore the surface of said premises to the condition in which the same was found before such work was undertaken. (D EXHIBIT "A" BEING a 10 feet wide utility easement along the North line of the hereinafter described property, to -wit: BEING that certain tract in the.City of Georgetown and being the South 1/3 of Block 339 Glasscock Addition to said City, described as follows: BEGINNING at the SW corner of said Block 33 of the Glasscock Addition to said City for the SW corner hereof; THENCE East with the South line of the said Block, 265 feet to the Southeast corner of same for the Southeast corner hereof; THENCE North with the East line of said Block 80 feet for the Northeast corner hereof; in West and parallel to the South line hereof, 265 feet to the West line of said Block for the Northwest corner hereof; THENCE South with the West line of said Block 80 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and being the same property described in a Deed from Georgetown Builders, Inc., to Norman N. Bonnett, et ux, dated July 17, 1970 and recorded in Vol. 528 Page 409, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas, and also being the same property described in a Deed from Norman N.
