On this, the 30th day of Jul,,, 190, the City Council of
The City of Georgetown convened ;n called session at their regular
meeting place with the following mem'iers being present: E. L. F*gang,
Kennie „ilcox, Jr, A. Foyt, Jr. Doyle Leda and Lee nlacl:,
Claud Fads, Hudson with Turner Engineers .and amon- other pro-
ceedings had by said Council, were the following:
There came on to be considered the matter of approving plans,
specifications and contract documents incident to the construction
and installation of water line relocations and future water and sewer
crossings of I -Li 3K (Project 135-3(24)2ti0 in and adjacent to the City
of Georgetown prepared by the Marvin Turner-MCineers of Austin,

01-MEAS, this Council finds after inspection and examination of
Plans, specifications and contract documents that is now the
desire of this Council to formally pass an order approvin- the
said plans and specifications and to authorize, order and direct the
Iayor and. City Manac;er' to approve said plans for and in behalf of
said City of Georgetown, Texas; Novi$ T!177-'E.FCPE,

That the i:ayor and City tanager ishereby authorized , ordered and
directed to execute said approval for and in behalf of said City
of reorLPtown and to place advertisements for bias for construction
in the next two issues of the local newspapers
jhe above order being read, it was moved by 4ilcox and
seconded by hoyt that the same be passed . There,1p on the question
being called for, the following members of said Council voted ayet
