To the General Fund for the support and maintenance of the government of the said City 100 cents of each one & 25100 dollars collected. 2. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City known as Paving Bonds, 7 cents of each one & 25100 dollars collected. 3. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City, known as Street Bonds, 10 cents, of each one & 25100 dollars collected. 4. To the Bond Fund, of that series of bonds of the said City Down as Airport Bonds, S cents of each one & 25100 dollars collected. The fact that prompt preparation must be made for the assessing and collection of taxes for the year 1951, creates an emergency requiring the rules providing that an ordinance shall be read at three separate meetings before final passage shall be suspended, and such rulestare here and now suspended and this ordinance passed and it is ordered that it take effect from and after its passage.
