Whereas, he was for manMVears a public official, a member
of City Administration as City Health Officer.
Therefore, Be it Resolved, First that the City Council of
Georgetown, in regular session, Express its deep regret because of the
loss to our Communit-ir.
His life was dedicated to the health and upbuilding of the ccnan-
unity in which he lived.
Second, that we tender our heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved
whom he has left behind.
Lastly, that these resolutions be spread upon the minutes of the
City Council and a copy thereof be sent to his family, and a copy be sent
to the press.

That Austin Avenue and Twelfth :;treet, of this City are hereby zoned
for traffic upon said streets, and the maximum rate of speed for each zone
is fixed; Austin Avenue being zoned for traffic going northward thereon,
and also for traffic going southward thereon, and Twelfth Street for traffic
going eastward thereon and also for traffic going westward thereon.
