HomeMy WebLinkAbout0083_8181 from and against any and all claime, demands, or causes of action and all expenses incident thereto, which may be asserted by anyone against the Telephone Company in any manner arising out of any failure or onri:ssion by the Telephone Company in the operation, repair or maintenance of the equip- ment and circuit that might be used in connection therewith by reason of any failure in the service of said equipment and circuit. 6. The City agrees that the execution of this contract in all of its terms and provisions, as hr,rein expressed, has been authorized and ratified by appropriate action of the City Council of the City of Georgetown by ordinance duly adopted at a meeting regularly held as shown by the minutes of the City. 7. The equipment purchased and owned by the Telephone Company and situate in its central office and the telephone wires used in providinm the circuit shall remain the property of the Telephone Company and its agents and employees shall at all reasonable hours have access to the premises on which it is terminated for any purpose connected therewith. 8. This contract and arrrcenent shall be in full force and effect for one year from the date hereof and thereafter until terminated by either party giving to the other thirty (30) d-ys' written notice of its intention to terminate the same; but either party may at any time terminate the con- tract on thirty (30) days' written notice of its desire to terminate the same.
