TO * BURNHAM ADDITION
EX PARTE
RESOLUTIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Georgetown, Texass
(1) That the Plat of Burnham Addition to the City of Georgetown,
Texas, attached hereto, be, and is hereby, approved, that the owner
Mallie C. Burnham joined herein by her husband, Robert C. Burnham,•of
all that certain tract of land designated as BUP.NHAM ADDITION to the
City of Georgetown, Texas, same being situated in the Southwest portion
of said city and being wholly within the corporate limits of said city,
and being further described as the North part of Outlot #5 and the South
part of Outlot #6, and being further described as being that certain tract
or parcel out of the 6tubblefield Survey conveyed to Robert Burnham
by R. H. Fleming and wife, Leona Belle Fleming, in deed dated Dec.25,1942,
recorded in Book 315, page 202 of the Deed Records of Williamson County,
Texas, save and except a ?3AOO acre parcel from the Sout}ieast corner
thereof, subsequently sold by Idallie C. Burnham to W. L. (Pete) Hunt,
is authorized to file for record in the office of the County Clerk of
Vwilliamson County, Texas, the map and/or plat of said tract attached
hereto; and said County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby auth-
orized to accept for filing and to record said map and/or plat of said tract
of land.
(2) In authorizing the filing and recording of said map or plat
of said tract of land, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
does not assume any obligation tot
(a) grade, improve or maintain streets shown thereon unless
and until said City Council elects to do so.
