VdIEREAS, The City of Georgetown, by a resolution duly adopted by it's City Council, has abandoned the streets and land hereinafter described, and likewise by resolution duly adopted by the City Council, has authorized the sale and transfer of the same to C. E. Gauntt, Trustees NOVI, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the City of Georgetown, acting by and through it's duly authorized officer, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises contained in said re- solution, and the further consideration of the receipt of the deed men- tioned in said resolution from C. E. Gauntt, Trustee to the City, the City of Georgetown, Texas, has GPANTED, BARGAINED AiD SOLD, and by these presents does GRA3.7, BARGAIN AND SELL unto C. E. Gauntt, Trustee, for the Industrial Foundation of Georgetown, Texas the following described property located within the City Limits of said Citys BEGINNING at the S. W. corner of Block No. 15, Sparks Addition to the City of Georgetown, TRxas, according to the map or plat of said Sparks Ad- dition on Record in the office of the County Clerk of 41liamson County, Texas; THE:JCE North with the West line of said Block 15 to the NW corner of said Block No. 15; TfiM.CE East with the North line of said Block 15 to the NE corner of said Block No. 15; THENCE North to the SE corner of Block No. 10 Sparks Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas; THENCE West with the South line of said Block No. 10 to the SY! corner of said Block No. 10; THENCE North with the West line of Block No. 10 to the NW corner of said Block No. 10; TKENCS IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION TO TI'_E NE corner of Block No. 9, Sparks Addition to the City of Georgetown; THF2�CE in a Southerly direction with the east line of said Block No. 9 to the SE corner of said Block No. 9; THE1TCE In a Westerly direction with the South line of said Block No. 9, to the SW corner of said Block Eo.9; THENCE South to the NW corner of Block No.14, Sparks Addition to the City of Georgetown, Texas; THENCE, in an easterly direction with the North line of said Block No.l4, to the NE corner of said Block No. 14; THENCE in a southerly direction with the east line of said Block No. 14, to the SE corner of said Block No. 14; THENCE in an easterly direction to the SVI corner of said Block No. 15 and the place of beginning.
