THIS AGREEMENT OF LEASE, made this the 19 day of September, 1960, by and between the City of Georgetown, Texas, acting by and through it's City Manager, Lee Black, duly authorized by resolution of the City Council, hereinafter known as LESSOR, and Don Scarbrough, DBA Georgetown Broadcasting Company. hereinafter called LESSEE. WITNESSETH, That the said Lessor does by these presents lease and demise unto the said Lessee the following described property, to -wits Lying and being situated=. in the City of Georgetown and being 2.58 acres of the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497'.tn Williamselm County, Texas and being part of Outlet no. 18, Division C. City of Georgetown, Texas and being out of the Northeastl.corner of the 6.5 acre First Tract described in a deed to the City of Georgetown, of record in Vol. 250, Page 534, Deed Records of 'Williamson County, Texas. BEGIN. IXG at the !iortheast corner of said First Tract and the Nory*- east corner of Outlet 18, set an Iron Pin beside a fence corner post in the South line of the Old Georgetown -Granger Road. This point is about 30 deg. 38 min. 50 sec. North Latitude and 97 deg. 40. min. 06 sea. West Longitude. THENCE S 21 deg. E. with a fence row along the Fast line of the said First Tract and Outlet No. 18, 433 feet to set an Iron Pin for the Southeast corner of this tract. THENCE' 3 69 deg. vY. 324 feet to set an Iron Yin for the Southwest corner OF this tracts THENCE N 21 deg. t. 262.1 feet to set an Iron Pin for the Northwest corner of this tract; THE49 n 41 deg. 10 min. E. with the North line of the First tract 4 -ad Outlot 18 and the South line of the Old Georgetown - Granger Road, 366 &0 to the point of beginning. I The term of this lease is for a period of fifty (50) years from the date of this lease ; to be used as a location for a radio and/ or television antenna, paying therefor the sum of $120.00 per years said lease money is payable in advance for each year that the Lessee elects to use said propertyi_and the Lessee shall have the right to terminate this lease upon any anniversary payment date; all upon the conditions and covenants followings 1. That the Lessee shall pay the rent at Georgetown, Texas, annually in advance as aforesaid as the same shall fall due. 2. All additions and improvements made to said property may be removed at the expiration of this lease at the cost of the Lessee. 3. The Lessee is given the right to assign this lease, so long as said leased property is used for radio or television purposes.
