AIR A.JD GROUND TRAFFICS REGULATING THE USE OF AIRCRAFT ENGINES; PROVIDING FOR FIRE REGULATIONSs REGULATING STUDENT TRAINING AND PRACTICE FLYING ; ALL PERSONS USING AIR& PORT MAY SECURE COPIES OF THIS ORDINANCE FROM AIR PORT MANAGERS PRO+ VIDING FOR CONFLICT IN RULBSs PROVIDING A PENALTY OF $200.00 FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE s PROVIDING A SAVING CLAUSE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY FOR ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TITE CITY OF GEORGETaINN, TEXASs SECTION 1. USE OF AIRPORT RESTRICTED. No person, firm, association, corporation or entity, incorporated or otherwise, shall use the Airport for carrying on of commercial activities, for the carrying for hire of passengers, freight, express or mail; for instruction in aviation in any of its brances, for the sale of fuels, refreshments, or any commodity, or for any other commercial purpose unless approved by a written permit from the City Council or its duly authorized Agent. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS SECTION 2. The following rules and regulations shall obtain and be observed in the use. operation and conduct of said Georgetown Municipal Airport, vizs Rule 1. THE CIVIL AIR TRAFFIC RULES promulgated by the Civil Aeronautics Administration for observance by aircraft operated anywhere in the United Ststes,"and presently or hereafter effective, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as though fully set forth and incorporated herein. For the convenience of the airmen;,the-City Secretary and the Airport Manager shall each endeavor to always have on file in their respective offices, a copy of said Air Traffic Rules. Rule 2. D WAGE TO AIRPORT. Any person, corporate or individual, and the owner of any aircraft causing damage of any kind to said Airport, whether through violation of any of these Rules or through any act of negligence, shall be liable therefore in and to said City of Georgetown.
