SECTION 17. REPEAL OF CHAPTER RI, COLLECTr;D ORDINANCES. All of Chapter 11, entitled " Collected Ordinances " passed November 8, 1954, is hereby Repealed= and this Ordinance shall be substituted as Chapter XI, Revised, Collected Ordinances. SECTION 18. VI LIDITY. A. If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, or provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or held un— constitutional, the same shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole or any part or provision thereof other than the part so decided to be invalid or unconstitutional, B. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 19. VYFEN EFFECTIVE. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. SECTION 20, EXERGENCY CLAUSE. The enactment of this ordinance being necessary to the immediate preservation of public business and to provide for the usual daily operation of the City's Corporation Court, it is declared to be an emergency measure, which shall have and take effect following its present,reFding and adoption.
