'r'VIiEf'EAS, Citizens Plaza Development r`orporation, as owner of that
certain tract of land lying and being situated in Williamson County,
Texas, described as con'Aining 19.12 acres of land, more or less, out
of and a part of the C. Stubblefield Survey, and being a pert of the
land described in a deed to Citizens Plaza Development Corporation, of
record in ?'ol. 454, pave 576, of the Deed Records of Williamson County,
exas, did cause said tract of land to be platted into blocks, lots and
streets dedicated to public use and to be known as "Fighland Park", which
said plan or plat, together' with the necessary instruments dedicating same
being of record in 701.3, pages 57-58 of the Plat Records of cilliamson
County, Texas, reference being here made to all of said instruments and the
records thereof for all pertinent purposes, and particularly for a des-
cription of the land so dedicated; and
'rFEREAS, all of said subdivision was sold by Citizens Plaza Develop-
ment Corporation to Chesley Construction and Development Corporation by
deed recorded in Vol. 458, page 453, need Records, Williamson County,
Texas, and said Chesley Construction and. Development Corporation sold all
of said subdivision to Associates De7elopment Corporation by deed of record
in rol.4 59, page 639, and
Z'MMEAS, no sales of any lots have been made by any of the owners of
said property since the filing of the dedication thereof, and that the said
Associates Development Corporation is the sole owner of all of said property;
and
VVHMMEAS, the owner since the mapping and platting of said subdivision
has determined that certain corrections are in order and that the map or
plat as filed does not properly reflect the actual conditions as they exist
on the ground;that in order to properly establish the plan or plat of said
subdivision, it is necessary that such plan or plat be vacated as such;

Development Corporation, a corporation duly organized and doing, business
under the laws of the State of Texas, acid being the owner of the afore-
mentioned tract of land, does hereby declare that the plan or plat of
