Highland Park addition is hereby and in all things vacated and that no
further conveyances shall be made with respect to said plan of plat of
said Highland Pnrk addition as now filed of record in the Plat Records
of Williamson county, Texas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Associates Development Corporation has caused
these presents to be signed by its President and attested by its Assistant
Secretary, and its seal affixed this the 10th day of June, 1963.

" Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
that the present sole owner of "Highland Park", a subdivision in 7�illiamson
County, Texas and within five miles of the corporate limits of the City of
Georgetown, Williamson; County, Texas, as fully set out, described and shown in
the plan or plat dedicating said subdivision, of record in Vol. 3 pages 5748
of the Plat Redordd of "filliamson County, Texas, are hereby authorized to file
for record in the office of the County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, the
inetrumont &�tached hereto for the vacating of said "Flighland Park", and;,that
the vacating of said !!-Highland Park" as a subdivision meets with the approval
