HomeMy WebLinkAbout0284_282282 3. No building shall be nearer than 25 feet to the road or street upon which said property abuts, nor nearer than 5 feet to the side property lines of a lot. 4. All main dwelling or buildings constructed or erected on the property shall have a floor space of not less than R00 square feet; the exteriorfront walls shall be or have a trim of not less than 505 masonry; and all structures placed on the property shall be subject to architectural review by Associates Development Corporation or its nominees. 5. There shall be constructed on each lot where permanent improvements are placed, a sewerage disposal system with a septic tank with a capacity of not less than 500 gallons and with a drain field of not lase than 150 feet; or the sewerage disposal system shall be installed in accordance with acceptable standards and approved by County and State Health Officers. 6. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any lot except for one professional sign of not more than one foot square; or one sign of not more than five square feet, advertising the property for sale or rent; or signs used by persons advertising said property during construction or sales. 7. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred or kept on any lot, except that dogs, cats, or other household pens may be kept, provided aha they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose. B. No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, garbage, trash, or other waste, except it be kept in a sanitary condition. All incinerators or other equipment for the storage or disposal of such Material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No residence or other building may be moved from outside the subdivision to any lot within the subdivision. 9. These restrictions are hereby declared to be covenants running with the land, and shall be fully binding upon all persons acquiring property in the said subdivision, whether by descent, devise, purchase or otherwise; and any person by the acceptance of title to any lot in the subdivision shall thereby agree and covenant to abide by and fully perform the foregoing restrictions.
