A PORTION OF THF CARVER PARK LAITID, CORRECTING AN ERROR, AND
DIRECTING ThE MAYOR OF THE SAID CITY TO T. OUTE A DEED THERETO."
INHEREAS, Georgetown Independent School District has offered to
purchase all of those tracts, lots or parcels,of land described as follows:
TRACT NO. L
BEING 2.65 acres of the C. Stubblefield Survey, Abst. #558, in Viilliamson
County, Texas, part of which lies in Block f, Carver Park Addition to Georgetown,
Texas, out of Outlot 45, Division A and part of the FIRST TRACT described in a
deed from ti'-'. T. Fletcher to the City of Georgetown, dated November 23, 1949,
of a record in Vol. 357, Page 493, Deed Records, ++illiamson County, Texas.
Surveyed on the ground by V+. F. Forest, R% gistered Public surveyor Qi'; in
November of 1963.
BEGINNING at an iron pin set for the NE corner of this tract, in the North
line of 1FSth Street, 35 feet wide, in the North line of the Carver Park
Rddittion, the N14 corner of Lot 11, Block A. of said Carver Park Addition stands
S 1 18' W 35 feet.
T9ENCE S l0 18' N- at 35 feet pass the NW corner of s9id Lot 11, at 155 feet
pass the a4 corner of said Lot 11, at 169 feet pass the NVI corner of Lot 12,
in all 309.2 feet to set a 1A inch reinforcement steel rod fdr the SVG corner
of Lot 12, a 1 inch pipe bra West 1.5 feet.
THENCE S 70!'o 35' N with the North line of 19th Street, 35 feet wide, 87 feet
to set a 1/42 inch reinforcement steel rod, a 1 inch pipe bra S 70035' 4 67.5
feet.

rod, for Sid corner of this tract.

County, Texas, 151 feet to the SE corner of the said 5 acre tract.
THENCE S 180 13' E 47.5 feet to the NWoorner of the Carver Park Addition and
the SW corner of Outlet 44, the SVS corner of a tract owned by Mrs. J.D. Thomas.
