A"jnMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CIi Y 01' GEORGETOWN
An AWWndment to the ordinance of the City of Georgetown, Texas,
amending the Zoning Ordinance which went into effect on 6eptember
1961, amending the Zoning District Map and making this amendment a part
of the map of the original ordinance ; to change the hereinafter described
property loaded at�904 Church Stree�from "R-1", One -Family Dwelling
District to "R-211, Duplex and Apartment District as hereinafter set forth.
Texas;
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
'+dHMEAS, an application has been made to the City Council for the
purpose of changing the Zoning Ordinance on the following described real
estate;
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated
in the.City of Georgetown, Texas, describRd as follows:
BEING Lot No. 2 in Block No. 1 of the Glasscock Addition to the
City of Georgetown, Texas.
AND 1vhrREA3, the city Council has submitted the proposed chagge in
Zonin .Ordinance of the 4ity Planning Commission for its recommendation and

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has approved the changing of
said Zen Ordinance on the above described property from "R-1". a One -Family
Dwelling District to "R-211, Duplex and Apartment District, which said meeting
was held on January 10, 1964; and
WHEREAS, the "ity Council before adopting this amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance gave notice (r& such hearing b.r publishing the s}+me three
times in the V+illiamson County Sun, &:.,weekly newspaper in the City of
Georgetown, Texas, which said notice stated the time tnd place of such hearing
and which time was not earlier than 15 days from the first day of such
publication; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning; Commission approved the change aforesaid
in the Zoning Ordinance; and no protest was entered against the proposed
changes and
1+MERBAS, written notices were given to all of the owners of lots
within 200 feet of the above described property as required by law,
