Elliott , Mayor Edward L. Evans s Doyle F. Lvda s A. Y+. Hoyt, Jr, s Aldermen, Edgar P. biles s Kennie y+ilcox, Jr. s Claud Eads s City Secretary, and the following absent s None, Constituting a quorem, at which time the following proceedings were hods Alderman Evans introduced an order and moved its adoption. The motion we seconded by Alderman itoyt. The motion, carrying *ithl it the adoption of the order, prevailed by the following votes AYESs Aldermen Evans, Lyda, Hoyt, Yiles and 4ilcox. NOTES; "'one.
