Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas; P4.EREAS, an application hes been made to the City Council for the purpose of changing the Zoning Ordinance on the following described real estates All that certain tract or parcel of land out of the N. Porter Survey, Abstract No. 497, in villiamson County, Texas, and in The City of Georgetown, Texas, part of the Cecond Tract of 935 acres described in a deed to 64illie 'arilliams , recorded in Vol. 220, Page 465, Deed Records of Ivilliamson County, Texas, which said Second Tract is a part of a tract described in a deed to iters, Irene 16+illiams Parker of record in Vol. 410, Page 25, Deed Records of ti'rilliamson County, Texas, more particularly described as followss BEGINNING,at the point of intersection of the :,est line of Interstate Highway NO, 35 and the North line of Ranch to Marlet Road No. 2338; THE::CE S 80 deg. 20' 7i with a widening of the R 0 W , 140.5 feet; THENCE with the curved R 0 >,t of Ranch to 1::arket Road Bio. 2338, with a 3 degree curve to the right, 75 feet to an iron stake, Ranch to Yarket Road, ito. 2338 which stands N 52 deg. 43 Y1 from the last named point.
